Round Table on the digital divide - RIDEP 2009

I participated on behalf of OLPC France a debate on the digital divide, organized by the school Sciencescom within the RIDEP 2009 .
The debate brought together as Destiny Tchéhouali, host of the network web2solidarité , and Fred Sultan of the association Vecam .
